HOW SAFE IS FLYING?

Much in these days is made of the technical bad states of airplanes. But certainly much depends on human errors. Perhaps even most. In one huge air accident it became clear that listening to a football match was the determining fact when hundreds died.

The human error is the worst error, but also the error which is most kept secret. Man seem to be more and more incapable of handling the very tools he has made. Much is made about nuclear weapons. But what says that just by accident something big happens? Can we be so sure that that will never happen?
